TEHRAN, Mar. 09 (MNA) – Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has felicitated the appointment of Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei as the new and third Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
