Hegseth claims Iran's leader is 'likely disfigured' The US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has claimed that Iran's new supreme leader is "wounded" and "likely disfigured" in a press conference at the Pentagon. Mojtaba Khamenei, son of the last supreme leader Ali Khamenei, has not been seen since his election to the position on Sunday throwing doubts on his ability to lead the regime long-term.
