US defence chief says Iran will have 'no choice but to surrender' US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth said Iran will eventually have no option but to surrender as the conflict continues. He described the campaign as an asymmetrical conflict, adding that the combined air power of the United States and Israel is the strongest in the world.

Saudi Arabia says drone heading for Aramco-operated oilfield intercepted Saudi Arabia’s Defence Ministry said its air defences intercepted and destroyed a drone over the Rub al-Khali desert that was heading toward the Shaybah oilfield.
